Authorities issued an Amber Alert on Monday morning for a man accused of abducting his 2-year-old girl daughter.
The suspect is 31-year-old Luis Jesus Morales.
The victim is Khaleesi Morales.
In a tweet, Peoria police described Luis Morales and the non-custodial father of Khaleesi.
