Chula Vista Police, deputies remove up to 10 people from home

CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – Chula Vista Police officers and San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies surrounded a South Bay home Friday in a SWAT standoff.

Officers handcuffed two men found in the backyard of a home on Camellia Ct. after a brief pursuit about noon.

Officers and deputies handcuffed as many as 10 people and placed them in U.S. Border Patrol or Sheriff’s department vehicles. A child and dog were also removed from the home.

A SWAT team was called to the scene to remove another man from the home.
