Two people are in custody after a SWAT call in Regina on Wednesday.
Police went to a home on the 1000 block of Argyle Street as part of an investigation into a gun offence. Because there was the potential for guns to be inside the house, the SWAT team, crisis negotiators and canine teams were called in.
Around 12:30 p.m., an adult man and a boy came out of the house and were taken into custody without incident. Three dogs were also removed from the house and handed over to Animal Protective Services.
Police have not determined what charges will be laid in the case.
